The receptionist looted my extra 200 Rupees. When I asked for refund amount he actually starting using his bad words, Please humbly and respectfully don't stay in this hotel.The condition of rooms there is really bad, mosquitoes everywhere, the washrooms are in very dirty conditions the walls are not painted, it's chapping. Above all this, this hotel has the worst staff placed there. The staffs behaves really bad, they are really rude.Regarding rooms and Bathroom condition is horrible (Taps, Shower Head leakage, Cobweb everywhere .This is not the mistake of staff it's a part of negligence from top management.Relevant photos attached.Never book this Royal Galaxy.

i have bad experience ac not working washroom was not clear and bad sheet always vary darty i have very bad experience we are very disappointed for the property it was very bad hotel there is no management dislike

there was not tv ac not working as well as Toliet was not clien don't go in this hotel very bed hotel
