hotel is situated little far but it is easy accessible. Kottayam town is around 200 rupees distance from auto. Eventhough inhouse Restaurant is not there but very good hotels are there nearby distance. Rooms are looking good and there is partion between bedroom and a common area. The sofa was very dirty and there is no cover for it. Stains are clearly visible. the blanket provided was not good. Hope it was cleaned. Bathroom was very small even for a 160cm guy. For fat guys they wont fit for the bathroom for sure. Only free channels are availble in the tv. some times signal will not be there for TV. The room has a separate wash basin outside the bedroom with plates and glasses which is good. underground parking is there for about 5 to 7 cars.

The hotel is located just outside the city The room was modern, spacious and clean. AC is good, Free wifi is available and even of good quality in the room. You have several options to get to the city: You can go by bus, use a taxi auto or taxi car .The hotel staff is friendly with expcetion of one ,night staff , By 12 o'clock the main door of the hotel is closed and night staff is asleep in side the reception desk. You have to wait until he gets up or You have to screaming out loud until he gets up I've had this experience twice he got angry at me also Everything else is very good except this one.

It was a really wonderful stay! Peacefull and pleasant clean linen, clean washroom and spacious room with furniture and properly working manually controllable ac and filtered drinking water for free Things which i didnt like or they can improve : 1) positioning of the ac and no hot water facility were huge disappointment .. 2) not offered any electric kettle to prepare tea or coffee .. i couldnot find a tea shop nearby Cleanliness Spacious room Tv Furniture

Calm and cosy appartment. Good place to stay for family. Caretaker is a nice man. There is ample parking space underground. No resturant in the hotel but food served to the rooms by a nearby restaurant on call. Space, Safety, Parking and a small Kitchen.

It about a kilometer away the town so it's location is good They don't have food provision so this is the only problem I faced over there otherwise everything else was very good & my stay over there was very nice & comfy.

Good hotel rooms at reasonable price at Ettumanoor in Kottayam, about 10kms away from Kottayam town but very near to Ettumanoor town, neat and well maintained rooms and bathrooms in good surrounding,
