Very friendly and helpful staff .Good location of the hotel although accessibility for first time visitors might be difficult .. Well maintained property with neat and clean rooms .. Doesn't have a restaurant 24*7 but they do serve breakfast .. Plenty of restaurants around to eat who also have door delivery facilities .. Overall a great experience !

five of us stayed for a night and we got a two bed apartments which was a refreshing change to having just a room. although apartment, the feel of each room is like a hotel with high quality amenities. the service staff and manager at reception were really welcoming and accepted all our requests with great pleasure.

Really a good stay with hotel. Didn't faced any hiccup. It was a polite check in and check out. Very nice service and staff. Good and easily accessible location. Overall its a nice hotel to stay in Cochin. Well suited hotel for a family stay.

This place is far off to town. suited only for holiday makers, not for business traveller. Food spread was not up the expectation, very narrow in range. needs improvement in dish plates cleaniness.
