wonderful experience especially when our room was upgraded to premium deluxe with jacuzzi... food though expensive was quite good. only con is that there is not much to enjoy outside the resort.. no walking trails.. no city or market... so it's an ideal destination for couple kitty groups or groups. jacuzzi in the premium room

the hotel staff did not have the courtsey to inform us about the complimentary high tea with snack in evening..wen coincidentally we reached the restaurant they said all was over..we had to pay for suoer expensive lunch as well as dinner and moreover we mjssed the high tea and the entire fun was spoilt..

Recently I visited here on my wedding anniversary. The location and view is amazing, staff is very cordeal, delivered the complimentary cake at midnight; arranged a candle light dinner. the food is very nice. property is very neat and clean.Overall a must visit place

Flies in restaurant, dirty swimming pool, extensive usage of packed food. Do not visit on weekend, they go bad to worse in services. Rooms are excellent and very well kept.
