I and my husband were travelling from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer and were to reach Jaisalmer only after 8pm. We called in to inform the same, when they found out that we had not managed to book any transport from Jaisalmer city to Sam, they booked us a cab. When we reached Jaisalmer city, our cab was waiting for us so we quickly got into the cab for a transfer to Sam. Travel to the camp-site took us about half an hour. The way it seems on this site .They have pathetic service ,limited staff ,water was not clean moreover a big shortage of water ,food quality not good.They should have made path on the walking area so that sand should not go inside the living area .Tents condition were not good also the cemented rooms were stinking .No first aid is available for the guest .Jeep safari was not included in the package .I regret why i booked this resort inspite of good resorts available on the main road .Overall I d ...more

ratnawali camp is value for money. We enjoyed a lot here, from welcome drink to next day breakfast , everything was fantastic. camel safari and jeep safari was superb.

First location - 5 kms before dunes and 1.2 kms off road. Camel Safari - You have to go on your own to camel safari. Though overall camel safari was satisfactory. Cultural program - Good but can be better and improved upon. Food Quality - At basic and should be improved for the price this camp charges. Overall Service - Pretty bad. It is a serene place tucked in the bordered rural Rajasthan with full of tranquility and eerie silence. Accommodation with a backdrop of rural setting provides a unique experience especially to the urbanised youth that is deprived of rural upbringing. Matured and Senior citizens might get nostalgic reminding themselves of the old Indian trandition. Despite all nature-led resource based difficulties like water, Kahn Singh braves all odds successfully and serves his guest to the best of his abilities. He himself supervises the food preparation and makes sure that it is served to all the guests in its best form. Safari guy, Om Prakash was an adept driver and was very polite and helpful. Camel ride by Salem was awesome and a life time experience. Overall, it has been an amazing experience with full of fun and relaxation. I wish best of luck to Kahn Singh ji for his future endeavours.

It was awesome experience, the camp has really good ambiance, the tent arrangement, restaurant and hospitality was beyond expectations. Late night campfire and Rajasthani folk dance followed by bollywood DJ really made our day. Evening Camel safari in sand dunes and early morning jeep safari arranged by management was lifetime experience. Sunset and early Sunrise in sand dunes are really the moments for photography we wer group of 5 from mumbai and we all enjoyed to fullest and recommend this camp. The owner of camp Mr. Kanti bhai was really gentleman and he personally ensured that every individual guest enjoyed to fullest. probably it is one best tent of Jaisalmer.

My friend and I were really happy with our stay here. Amit greeted us and made us feel at home. Knowing we were just two female travelers he made sure we don't feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The crowd is generally family. The tents are really well kept and the washrooms are clean. The cultural activity was very entertaining. They served good vegetarian food. The camel safari was arranged by them and was all included in the cost. Over all it was a great experience! This is a great place to enjoy a pleasant over night stay under the stars.

Amazing experience at this property. We loved the services and the facilities with this property. Special recomandation to do jeep safari and camel safari at this property. Arrangement of hot water and food quality is superb. We loved this trip in jaisalmer. We are safe and well guided with this property. Specially Kaan singh ji bhati is taking is care.

Great location, away from all crowd and noise. Tents are clean & neat, with a sit-out. Rooms are well equipped. The best part is, the owner has personal attention towards all guests. He keeps moving around, to ensure that guests are comfortable. Staff is very polite and service is very quick.

this camp is simply fantastic. evening is like heaven, !!.drinks , sheesha, dance, music, everything. I was provided my bedding even outside the tent to enjoy my sleep under the stars. excellent services with friendly environment. jeep safari is highly recommended.

Ratnawali was best in my opinion. food was grate rajasthani taste. dal bati was v.good. Dancers performance was mind blowing. we enjoyed the camel safari at sunrise time. best trip. will recommended to friends.
