I had a very bad experience with this property. I booked one room for me. When I reached the destination reception guys said that no room is available in this range what you paid. Then after speaking with md they were given a room that was good. Again the receptionist came into my room and asked me to change the room and they shifted me to an underground room where rain water was everywhere in front of the room, mobile network was almost unavailable, and the washroom wasn't clean. I asked the receptionist to change my room but he said no more room available. Absolutely unworthy and a bad experience.

the hotel check in and check out time is 11am to 9am. we had checked in at 12.30am. we requested for some extension but was denied. no towel no blanket no soap was provided. door was jammed which took 20mints to unlock. the stay time everywhere is 24hours. but here it is less. request you to do the needful.

Things to improve 1. Ac swing is broken .. air flow hits straight to face and cannot be diverted 2.Fan regulator not working.. Its either full speed or lowest speed 3. Not spacious for an extra bed 4.Mosquito problems I hope they rectify the issues for a pleasant stay for their upcoming guests

Hot water tap clogged. Once the clog is cleared, it was completely dirty water. Changed the room and its the same problem in the other room as well. The manager should have checked all these things before allocating the room. But the room was clean and no dust.

its infrastructure is good and ventilated and receptionist peoples are very responsible. kind and i have a feeling of relaxed; calm and noiseless.easy to reach buses and the location was good..

Receptionist Antony supported in good way. Room service guys are cool, never hesitated to buy coffee for me. Mosquitos bit matters. Overall okay for price and good transport connectivity.

The place is near to Tamil nadu Medicall council so reasonable to book it if anyone comes as a family from far places else not worth the money. No ventilation at all
