Ganesham Guest House

I booked ganesham guest house because of good rating available on your web site, but after receiving hotel and taking three days of service i understood that they are not capable to get rating in minus. there service, staff and rooms are really worst even the animals rooms are much clean as compare to there rooms. incident. 1) when i reached to hotel i faced below problem a). room was dirty b) wash rooms are not clean c) no water available d) bed sheets was not clean e) towels was not available f) soaps are not available in washroom. when we asked for hot water for my infant baby the was not able provide water, then reached to there kitchen and again asked for water they said one of our employee remove the gas, then i connect the gas cylinder to gas stove make water warn in thali (because they even don't have utensil for water) till this 2 hour of time my baby was crying due to hungriness. above complain is only for the first day, another days we also face same issues. please return my money as soon as possible, for this type of service i didn't spent money..

BHOOL KAR BHI IS HOTEL ME BOOKING MAT KARA LENA. I have book it & change it with in 1 hours. Tata sky not recharged AC not working, drinking water is no good, no curtains on windows, wash room not clean & their was no water in my wash room. They recommend to share a wash room which is common with their staff members. **

I stayed in room No 201. There were mosquitoes inside the room. Despite my request for mosquito machine, no one brought it. Location is very good. Though they have provided a menu card for food, the kitchen is not available, so they bring food from other restaurant which takes an hour for a order. Rest is OK

everything is fine, only needs to improve room service staff strength, best location for online exam centre (new8 edutech online exam centre Gopalpura mode jaipur)
