Happy About Everything, Except the Behaviour of the Receptionist. First Day I submitted both(mine n wife's) of our IDs n checked in. Next day at night while I entered hotel the receptionist is asking who's that Lady n Where's her ID when i entered the Hotel. He could've Checked the System n then asked me, instead he directly asked infront of everyone at Hotel. Very Disappointed with his behaviour. Very Bad 😞

OUR STAY WAS INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST.BUT NEITHER THE HOTEL PROVIDED WITH BREAKFAST COUPONS NOR THEY CALLED AND COMMUNICATED REGARDING THE BREAKFAST TIMINGS OR VENUE.WE ASKED ABOUT THE SAME THEY WERE ARROGANT AND NOT LISTENING TO US.I HAVE A VERY STRONG OBJECTION REGARDING THE SAME

Hotel is found to be good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is humble and cooperative. but wifi is not working Lift is not working Ac worked after two visits of technician. May be due to renovation work going on but as a matter of fact I had to suffer a bit.

Good Rooms, Good Location Good Staff Good Food, Complimentary Breakfast is also good and has adequate spread. Only Exception in quality are Tea & Coffee, which are not good.
