Hotel Gaylord

Rooms are neat and clean and spacious, the staff behaviour and services are good. The hotel is having in house restaurant, the entire food is delicious. This hotel is just infront of Ooty railway station and also nearby of bus stand. I have booked premium room, but at the time of checkin , I saw that, the room lights are very dim. Then I have called to Manager and told the same. He has quickly changed my room without any argument. If you want to visit local site seen in ooty, then the hotel manager guide and quickly booked your tour plan. The Hot water is available only morning 7am to 10am. After that you have to ask for manager. because, the Geyser is not available in the bathroom. Overall stay is good. Recommended for family and couples. The Rooms door is old and it should double lock system inside the room, I request to Hotel manager and landlord, kindly upgrade the doors and also look at the voltage fluctuations.

I suggests to increase the availability time of hot water in bathroom, thereshould be an exhost fan in toilet, the bathtowels provided should be in white colour, cable connection may properly maintained, corridors may keep more cleanly, front entrance should be keep neat and tidy, room heater may be privileged with additional optional paymentsetc.

The hotel is really Good, staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms are quite spacious , toilets are very clean and neat, very near to ooty railway station . Good for family and friends to stay. overall satisfied stay.
