I booked two deluxe rooms from 4th September to 7th September. But the rooms that was given to us was absolutely substandard. Hair, stains, dirt on bed sheets. Broken wardrobe. All the lights in the rooms are not working properly. The washroom of both rooms are very dirty. The hotel authorities did not change the room despite repeated requests. We had to leave without check-in on September 4 even after paying the full amount.

Shabbiest hotel am ever stayed. Bed cover dirty.Wall plaster is invisible in many places.Room dimension is hardly 10ft by 8 ft. Mosquitoes galore you won't be provided any repellent or help of any kind. TV not working. Tube light not working. Telephone not working. They would just say no it's broken. Can't be done now. STAY AT ANY CHEAP GUEST HOUSE I BET THAT WILL BE BETTER THAN THIS.

room us too small, door is too tight to close, TV is there but without set top box, electrical sockets are not working so one cannot charge their phones, intercom connection is there but not working, no dustbin in the room, very unhygenic, they dint provide towel or other toiletry items, no room service .. all together it was a horrible experience.

the worst hotel i've ever booked. the staff and management are just non responsive to anything. dirties room i've seen in any hotel in my entire life, chunks of food, damaged fittings and doors, spots of spit here and there, linens seems like they were not even changed. and the worst part is on the wc.

I checked in hotel golden Apple at 10.00 pm tonight. Room is not a good condition and no facilities at all. No cablel facilities are available. Asked for soap, said that they could not provide.Bed, pillows, blanket towels are in a third class condition, not acceptable at all.
