We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The interiors, as seen in the photos, were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The staff was very helpful and polite, which we truly appreciated. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed to meet the standards of a hotel in this price range. The food, unfortunately, was the biggest area of concern. It seemed hastily prepared, with limited options and a huge room for improvement in quality. The bathrooms, although stylish, had issues with odor and water drainage, and the lack of wipers made it challenging to keep them clean. Specially i would suggest to avoid booking the safari experience with them, as everything else is standard, but at the end the snacks and dinner experience was really bad with quality offered. There were also some oversights, such as not providing enough drinking glasses and offering a single glass cup for sharing with everyone else, which is totally unhygienic. Overall, while we appreciated the effort and hospitality of the staff, there are operational aspects that need attention to make the stay truly memorable

hotel golden signature is a wonderful place. Stayed here with family during our trip to Jaisalmer. The staff was extremely courteous. Everyone from the bell boys to the receptionists and those at the restaurants extended all help ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of the fort of Jaisalmer (Sonar Kila). The restaurant food was delicious especially the Rajasthani Thali. Overall a great experience.

Highly recommended to stay at the property which is well maintained and the staff ( and their attitude take it to a different level). We loved the way we were treated for our marriage anniversary- special thanks to Amina Sultan from Guest Relations team. Ravindra from house keeping was amazing with his craft of making animals from towels. All the staff at Wvyra and Kitchen were amazing in their service. The food is amazing - don’t miss it

I visited this property along with my family. I booked an executive room but they have upgraded to a suite room, which was fantastic and had additional facilities like a fruit basket, cookies basket, bath tub and both front view and fort view. The hotel staff were very helpful in nature and always kept attention to each little requirement of us. The overall stay was pleasant and value for money.

horrible service even after informing at 12pm that we will reach at 6pm they didn't keep rooms ready. no towels were there,no cofee tea pouches were there no water bottle was there. today we went out at 11am instructed to keep room ready while we are back but same situation again. no tv working only have youtube we can watch YouTube on our phones as well

It was nice and clean hotel located in the middle of city and the fort view was extraordinary from rooftop restaurant,the staff was very cooperative and had a great service and staff was very well mannered and were careful of hygiene The food was delicious as well Overall it was a beautiful stay would recommend others for the same

It was a great stay altogether. We have upgraded our room to Fort view room and docor was awesome. We got our room early in the morning itself when we reached. Food was also very delicious. All the staffs were very prompt and helpful. Key attraction was the building structure of the hotel and the landscape

Hospitality of hotel is amazing. Food was delicious. All staff members were very humble and kind towards their guests and always ready for help. They gave a beautiful gift during checkout which was made from traditional work. I will recommend this hotel for anyone coming to jaisalmer
