Initially I faced few problems and had some issues with the hotel staff that I complained about but in no time the manager of the hotel, Mr Mitra reverted that is appreciating and recommendable. I also received a call from the director of hotel trying to sort out the problems and apologising for the mistakes and confusion created by the fellow staff members. The step taken so quickly to put everything in place and then i was stayed 28 days in grand arjun

i was new to Raipur. It was my first visit to Raipur and to the hotel. The staff treated me as if they know me for many years. The hotel is very clean. it is well maintained. I noticed the staff even cleaning inside of the lift when I entered into it. The real beauty and cleanliness of the hotel could be understood when you go inside and stay there. It is well maintained property on very good location. They provide complementary pick up . Rooms are good . AC worked well as the wi-fi was also fast. They offer free breakfast Every morning they clean the rooms as i book room via travel portal i was expecting room not as shown in site but they give me same room as i book i m glade in there services .as i feel some fever they provide me free vechile to go doctar and suggest the name as i m new in raipur city
