location of the hotel is really peaceful and around 10min walking distance from Mumbai CST station. Location is very beautiful and close to all the major attractions of South Mumbai. I would prefer to have a vacation at this place over choosing this for a business visit. Rooms are spacious and comfortable however service needs to be improved. Breakfast spread had a very limited option. The property is around 99 years old already so the amenities are not loaded but the experience was really good.

The hotel is a revelation for me . Since I had no option to book a five star hotel in and around the Nariman Point I tried with Hotel Grand which is located close to it. The very location of the hotel close to the Mumbai harbour and stay in Harbour View room on the top floor of the hotel was an unique experience for me. The stay was comfortable in the presence of the hotel staff who were very courteous and prompt. Love to stay in the hotel again and again during my business trips to the city.

We went in restaurant this this people was not even aware about Jain food when we asked waiter about Jain he asked veg or non-veg and my room no 66 Washrooms window was not getting close it was getting open in gallery we asked about putting curtain on window they said we don’t put all this you have to use this room very bad room service and there was no any Toilet kit in dental kit was in room when we called then they provided

The hotel is good and location is good as well. Just 1 km from CSTM. Staffs are polite and helpful. Old building and renovated. The steps and interiors are beautiful. Con: Pricey even though it is in a prime location. Old noisy ac Mine was standard room&it did not have balcony or windows Breakfast menu can be better For this price things could be better. But it is South Bombay

The only thing was that they took a lot of time to pick the phone, for any room service or help, if you call them they either didn't pick the call or picked very late. Apart from that all was fine, room was good, food was tasty and it was pretty clean too and they had served a good breakfast in complimentary and in terms of location it is near to my office so convenient for me.

Very old property but very well maintained. Rooms are good and staff is also very well mannered. Worst part is their breakfast, very less options and they hide fruit juice in such a manner that anybody has to ask or inquire to have the same.

Decent place to stay. Though the rooms have no window. Old Window AC systems with inadequate cooling. Breakfast time is limited till 9:30 only whereas in other places the timings extend at least till 10:00 AM. Small rooms. Ok ok place
