if this wasn’t a Family trip, it was a Friends trip,we would have destroy their property for sure...!!! WORST HORRIBLE TERRIFIC DISASTER!!! we lost our Time, we lost our Money...!!! the entire trip was a disaster...!!! 1. food was super Cheap, any railway station will give u better food. they will take 3hrs to deliver your lunch and dinner!!2.the entire building was short circuit,we spent the whole night on road.3. the management team is good for nothing, they are not accountable for anything..!!! 4. electric flactuation + no back up 5. AC and Fan, both are not working 6. we booked 3 rooms, all are same, no step taken from them7. food value is abnormally high8. water quality is horrible.9. entire night was pathetic for us,no help from them.10. no cleanning is swimming pool if u want to waste ur money and Time, u can book this... they will destroy your enjoyment for sure...!!!

i rarely write negative reviews, but my stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. from the moment i arrived, the service was below expectations. the front desk staff seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged me during check-in. the room itself was not clean—there were stains on the sheets, dust on the furniture, and a strange odor that never went away. the bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and poor water pressure. despite several complaints, housekeeping did not address any of the issues. breakfast was also a letdown. the food options were very limited, not fresh, and the area was not well maintained. overall, this hotel does not live up to its advertised standards. i expected much better for the price i paid. i will not be returning, and i recommend others look elsewhere.

Room consists of bedroom with attached bath and a drawing room. Found them spacious and clean. Within the budget. Not a beach front property but sea is visible from individual verandah. Service was good. Had a nice experience.

Service boy Sagar done wonderful job during our visit. He is very co-operative & we stayed in room number 303 for 2 nights 3days at reasonable rate including complementary breakfast.

we have stayed the same hotel on 18th may 2024. but this time. service not good. we felt insulted in this hotel. also water was clogged for full day. will not stay here any more
