The hotel is just fabulous. Right from the check-in you get this vibe of customer centrism. The staff (valet, security, reception, housekeeping, restaurant) is so humble and courteous that it makes you feel they are giving 100% so that their guests have a comfortable stay. Rooms are as clean as sky and are spacious enough. The welcome sweets and fruits are amazing. The view of the city is exquisite and waking up to it makes you feel like the king. The hotel lobby and lifts are very fast. The buffet as a vast collection from English to South Indian to Punjabi. The breakfast buffet staff is humble on another level. Their smiles used to make my day. Check in took hardly 5 mins and check out (with mini bar bill, laundry bill and IRD Bills) took 5 mins max. The swimming pool is amazing with very clean water. Pool side service is also very good. The reception guy Harsh helped me with the city's famous places and invited me for a stay next time. All in all, please consider if planning to pamper and treat yourself and family. Thank you. Everything, it was my special day with my girl and when we told the hotel staff about it, they welcomed us so warmly and remembered to wish us the next day morning. They used to arrange special sitting for us at the Breakfast table. Plus they are more than accommodating for any special requests.

Food menu can be improved and food rates can be reduced else everything was awesome, beautiful rooms, courteous staff, we enjoyed the stay. From the guards to the reception staff all received us with smiling faces. They helped us in early check-in too. Didn't feel like leaving the room😊 will surely keep it my first choice for further visits

I really loved the place. The location was one of the best, it's close to Gopalan Mall and shopping is not a problem. Initially, I had a problem with the view of the room but then as requested, it was changed and I got a better view. Overall the service is really awesome.

Checked in with my family and overall a very good experience. Stayed in the suite room which is very spacious and neat and clean Originally booked for 1 night however extended for 3 nights Would love to stay again on my next visit to Bangalore

Had a pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Hotel at Gopalan Mall. Rooms are super spacious and well maintained. Swimming pool is small but well maintained. Hotel location is also very good. Metro stations is nearby.
