It was our first time in Gulmarg but went back with lot of memories Beautiful hotel beautiful stay beautiful staff Room has heater with blower View is fantastic I used to sip hot coffee 6 in d morning looking at snow blanket spread all over Restaurant staff was smiling courteous helpful Food was yummy delicious mouth watering especially paani poorie and its server Overall ambiance stay was really good In fact during our medical emergency at nigh whole staff helped us a lot Safe secure and helpful

The overall stay was very nice, we stayed at suite rooms it was very spacious and view from hotel is spectular. The service is bit slow but the hotel staff espicially the GM is very nice and very helpful. I would definetly love to stay at the hotel again. Thank you Mossien for making our stay comfortable.
