I had the pleasure of staying two nights at Hotel Grand Palace and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with very convenient location, beautifully maintained rooms spacious and comfortable as per the budget. My room offered all the amenities I could have hoped for. The attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness was truly commendable. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. The recommendations for local attractions were spot-on, making my trip even more memorable. The entire staff deserves recognition for their kindness and efficiency, but it was truly the manager’s leadership and personal touch that made this stay stand out. He took the time to check in with me personally to ensure I was comfortable and happy, a gesture that speaks volumes about his dedication to guest satisfaction. The best classic budget hotel opposite to Gaya railway station. Surprised by the hospitality of the management. Right from the check-in the owner Mr. Sagar took care of each and every minute thing. He arranged to park our car. There is a facility for the car driver to stay. Owner arranged a Tamil pundit to do the Pinda tharpanam at the Vishnu pad temple. The pundit came to the hotel and discussed the pooja needs. We negotiated a best deal with him and the next day the pooja was done perfectly. This is very helpful for Tamil/Telugu/Kannada people. The hotel has its own restaurant. The food was deliciously cooked by a wonderful chef. After checkout we forget to hand over the room keys and were visiting boudh gaya. The hotel called me and arranged a biker to pickup the keys. Hats off to the entire team. Defiantly recommended. Feels Safe and secure as the owner and manager are very friendly and open hearted people who are really willing to help people.

Very Good hotel. Best hotel near gaya railway station. I booked my hotel and stayed here with my family. The hotel has well maintained Rooms and Restaurants. The staff of the hotel is well behaved and provides proper hospitality. They are their own parking space. Neat and clean rooms. very Good service. I prefer this hotel to all. Excellent stay experience, good location, right beside the Station. Very good staff behaviour, they even extended the check out time because my train got late. Thankyou very much.
