Grand Residency Service Apartments

Very nice hotel in a very good location and the staff is very helpful. I stayed there with my family for a visit to Mumbai for my son's appointment at a hospital nearby. I requested for a late checkout and the manager readily agreed. Even though the same category room was fully booked for the next the day he made sure that we had a room, which was of higher category until the time we checked out. That was a very good gesture by the manager and the rest of the staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Hotel Grand Residency, for the facility, location and the warm and professional staff

My stay at the hotel was memorable I was here for a business & vacation kinda trip..the service is outstanding.. Though the first day the other room was blasting music and spoilt my sleep the next day the staff apologized and assured this will not happen a special Thanx to fahad who took care of everything even showing around the other rooms before leaving for our next visit on my request.. The breakfast was amazing this place is strongly recommended for ppl who love staying at khar as its close to everything shopping, restaurants, salons spas, religious visits, juhu beach I can just go on and on, in short everything was nice

Its pleasant to stay in grand residency hotel , property is neat n clean , smily staff , very specious room with ktichen , its service apratment , bed was large n comfortable , clean bathroom , nice breakfast & lunch ,overall well satisfied 5star for propety and service very quite place , surrouding have choices of reataurant ,

Nice location and cleanly maintained property. Very polite and friendly staff. Food is tasty and on time room service. They should allow early check in if rooms are available. I waited for one and half hour at lobby though the rooms are available. Anyways, Great service overall.
