We face some difficulties to find the location as there was no name board of hotel. No one was picking up the call we tried at least 15 times. We waited for 1 hr the host was not there. When we got the room keys room was not clean so they clean the after we checked in. The washroom tap was broken it wasn't fixed after informing them several times. I was working at that time so i asked for wifi password but that was also not working. No one was there to listen our issues. Bedsheets and towels were dirty as they have provided used ones.

bad experience. we have booked 2 luxury suites rooms for 2 days and during checkin, we came to know they are 100 percent full.. we have wasted almost an hour with kids and management gave us an airbnb type average stay in another lane itself.

It was a horrible experience to stay in this hotel as rooms were not hygienic. Brown ants 🐜 on beds, non of attending staff in the building was present in building. Bathrooms were choked. Don’t stay in this kind of hotels.

when we went there the pillow cover and bedsheet were dirty and when they changed pillow cover pillow has a fungal and very dirty. blanket was too thin and dirty.towels really bad.overall experience was bad

Overall excellent. Room is spacious and clean. Staff service is excellent. Location is close to market and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from beach.
