Well, I'd give it a 4 out 5 based on my experience at The Fern. Decent space for parking. We got an early check-in. That was a plus. Peeps at the reception are well groomed & trained. The rooms were clean and decently sized. The pool was closed(obvious). There's a decent gymnasium with the necessary equipment and an indoor games unit (Carrom, Table-Tennis & an amazing PS4). The breakfast was ok. Not as per the expectations, but still ok. The lunch and dine(non-veg) we ordered was really very good. Good taste and really well cooked meat. The only not so good experience I had was that I had to call the reception at least 5-6 times to get me water. The only thing that I wouldn't give them marks on. Otherwise, it was good. There's also a nursery besides the Hotel just in case you want to look at some plants and feel like buying. Thanks team, Fern and I wish you guys all the very best.

Had a very good experience staying at this hotel, the rooms were clean and very well organized. The staff and service were top-notch. The breakfast menu is awesome and has a vast variety of items. I like to highlight the Restaurant serving staff who hosted the buffet experience especially like us having small kids very well. Only one suggestion I like to make if hotel can provide liquid hand wash that will help to deal with frequent hand wash need in Covid env. I would surely highly recommend this Hotel for Family stay with kids.

It was a great stay and very cooperative staffs. We had dinner at hotel. It was 5 course menu and Chef Bhatti was personally attended us and take care of our order. Taste was amazing specially Punjabi kukkad. Breakfast was elaborated menu and great taste. Pool area, lawn and location of Hotel everything was good. It was pleasure staying there and I would recommend others to stay there. Cleanses, Safety, Hygiene, Kids play area, Kids pool and last but not the least supportive staff team.

The only Place in Mahableshwar/ Panchgani to casually watch peacock strolling around. amazing pool breathing views and delicious food , great for family friends and couples. On road property easily accessible.The only regret you have here is that you think you should have booked it for one more day. The Fern lives upto expectations as usual, lovely property with professional staff.As a group we enjoyed the Games room it was fun

We stayed here during the last week of July.Our room Hazel Suite was quite large - it had a bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies - one facing swimming pool and the other had a partial view of the valley.The room was great and the overall hotel ambience was good - main lobby was nice, staff was courteous and helpful, parking was adequate, pool area was large and there were plenty of open spaces.

The staff was polite, place was clean and Hygienic. The site of the resort is awesome. We ordered food from resorts restaurant. The food was very well prepared by the Chef. I would like to visit again with my son and my wife. Really a nice place to spend time in the laps of nature.

We had a great stay at this property, beautifully located amidst greens and valley around. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The food was really enjoyable, sumptuous and tastier. Also, loved the spread during the breakfast. A great and safer place to stay for a family.

The property is really huge and beautifully built. You can take a stroll and enjoy the views around the property. The rooms are cosy and clean. We were given a warm welcome with teeka. The staff is courteous.
