Food was awesome, swimming pool and greenery around was beautiful however service and cleanliness was not impressive or commendable. Hotel owner was looking forward to improve the overall service quality of hotel. This was seen when he asked for the customer opinions while checking out. Since, this hotel is away from city there are no arrangements nearby for driver to stay and food, however hotel was also non-supportive in this. There was no signage indicating time / instructions and barricading at swimming pool to restrict non-swimmers or no life guards during swimming hours. Therefore, guests needs to be more cautious and careful about non-swimmers. Hotel board placed on roadside was not prominent which needs to be in bigger size or in standard fonts. Be carful - Hotel is on turning hence it is highly prone to accident if your vehicles/persons are close to road.

We had stayed for one night ,and giving some experiences , It is not a good or bad review ,It may be good for you , So I prefer writing some details about stay :- 1. Location is easy to find ,just next to main road . 2. There are no cellular network available inside property . 3. Foods are average . 4. I recommend not to visit ,if you are going with family and kids . I felt awkward when saw some people having alcohol inside common dining area . 5. Could not sleep till 1PM , because near by rooms were having drinks and shouting .... 6. It is good for group friends .

Pro: Peaceful location, greenery all around. Two of the service boys are very good Cons: First Day of the stay was very bad,, stale food, fungus in dal also drinking water wall smelling a lot. In facilities free WiFi was mentioned but due to faulty lines no connection there. You will feel the need for WiFi more as not network coverage there, neither you can check maps nor call. Bad part was no backup plan from hotel available. So even if you want to make an urgent call you cannot do it

Our Stay at Green line was great and unforgettable.. The resort was so Calm , Clean and Pleasant. Mr. Ganpathy treated Very well.. All the food and drinks provided were tasty and hyegenic.. We enjoyed a lot in the Swimming pool.. We would sure prefer the same resort in our next visit to Coorg..!!

Great stay The staff had been very helpful and the location is right on the main road and only 4 kms from Madikeri. Since there are no restaurants nearby, they have breakfast and dinner included in the stay. Would recommend it to friends definitely

Hotel is good and staff as well. Only the drawback is you will not get mobile network there but yes you can use wifi provided by hotel. Also breakfast was very tasty but there should be complimentary water bottles need to provided from hotel staff.

V had a pleasant stay in this hotel. D staffs r friendly n their service was really good. Our kids enjoyed a lot in that swimming pool. If v planned for a trip to coorg in next year means definitely v select this same hotel.

Good one with in the budget. The food was not very great, but was served as per our needs with special care. We have ordered the food with out onion and garlic and they have served it exactly as asked.
