overall experience is excellent...aunty is very good..she treated us like a home...and homemade good quality food... nice housekeeping...only one concern...as place is near valley so windows were rattling due to wind and it was very hard to sleep...I hope if owner can tight the window panes so it will good for people staying there after us...but at the end it's wonderful..

Location wise it's absolutely fine as it's located nearby the market & is in the middle of the city. The rooms in this property is very spacious & comfortable. The staffs here were very good too & even their services were very satisfactory as well. The only drawback was that there is no parking space provided here otherwise everything else here were fab.

This hotel is not like family. This hotel is located in basti area. Warm water is not available in the room. Don't book this hotel in the basis of review. My experience in this hotel is very very poor. This is not a hotel, some are available in the house & woner converted this room in hotel.Dont book this hotel.

The hotel is at 10 minutes walking distance from mahabaleshwar bus stand .It will be difficult to find the hotel,but other than the location ,the room amenities are good ,the hotel staff is very cooperative as well as food is good.

Good place to stay,rooms are clean and bedsheets and towels too were clean. Durgesh the attendant there is a gem of a person very calm and courteous.I wish him luck.
