⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Stay, Unclean Rooms, and No Basic Amenities!Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked for two nights but had to check out early due to the poor conditions. 1️⃣ Dirty Room – The room was not clean at all. Dust, stains, and an overall unhygienic environment made it uncomfortable. 2️⃣ Lizards in every rooms – Multiple lizards were crawling on the walls, which was unacceptable and disturbing. Due to these issues, we left after the first night, even though we had already paid for two nights. The management did not offer any solutionAvoid this hotel if you expect basic cleanliness and comfort!

The place is situated in a peaceful locality, within 2 kms from the Sawaimadhopur railway station. The rooms are decent, for a short stay. The staff is polite, respectful although less responsive to the needs of guests. Cooling and Geyser was in working condition. And also good food is available within a stone's throw. Hospital and all other essentials are available nearby. The hotel could make its staff more responsive to the needs of the guests.

The beds are big, mattress smaller than the beds and the bed sheets smaller than the mattress. The toilet jet was leaky, the intercom not working and since no lift sk had to do up and down every time needed something from reception. The hotel is greatly understaffed with no staff visibly in sight. Was also told that the kitchen is closed as the cook is on leave.

The rooms are too too small in size. Service, Cant say a word. Staff dosent understand any thing. Appart from manager vishnu. others are not cooprative. Food was just OK. They have other new property.(Rajputana Heritage) Its really good with good rooms, will recommand that.

Location wise it's very good & is very conveniently located. The room in this property were awesome & all their services were very good as well. Though complementary breakfast was not provided but still their food was good as well. Overall I had very good stay here.

It was a nice experience to me specially their personal assistance . Room was neet and clean and everything was hygienic . Food quality was very nice. Staff behavior was febulus. They organised safari for me and I saw three tiger. It was a momoriabl stay . Thanks

Ac wasn't functional in two rooms. They shifted us in 3 different rooms 203, 204 and finally to 102. Wasted almost 1.5 hrs after check in to hotel in doing so. There are no restaurants nearby and we need to rely on hotel food. Non veg dishes are way to costly.

I personally recommend all to have a stay in this hotel. Hotel staff was so good and honest. Their prompt service and interaction with guest made us overwhelmed. Food quality was good. Room was clean. Location perfect for stay. Good price. A must stay.

Poor service. Although payment was taken for three persons only two blankets were provided. Further, there is no almirah or rack to keep your belongings. Thumps down.
