This is the only entrance to the resort and we checked in at evening when it was raining, so the entrance was completely filled with water, we asked the reception to make some alternate arrangements but they denied and asked us that is the only way to come. And also the staff was not good at all, especially we requested for certain things like where is the TV remote, etc. but they never got back to us. Also while check out there was one guy we gave him the keys and he asked us to wait so that the other fellow who was supposed to be there at reception to take check out would come to collect rating (i dont know of what rating he was talking about, he also didn't have any idea)

Stayed very comfortably. They provided a service that was up to the mark. Location is comfortable to reach. Rooms were good and maintained. Overall it was a good stay with this hotel. Good hotel for the value i paid for it.

Great place to stay!! Rooms are just awesome except for the thing that there is no ceiling fan in any room. So it's almost impossible to stay there in a normal room in summer season...
