Greenstones Boutique Hotel

I had high expectations from Greenstone Boutique Hotel based on the pictures and reviews, but my stay turned out to be extremely disappointing. The room was not clean, with dust on the furniture and a strange smell that wouldn’t go away. The bathroom was unhygienic, with poor drainage and no proper toiletries provided. Service was even worse – the staff was unresponsive and poorly trained. Every small request took multiple follow-ups. Room service was painfully slow and sometimes didn’t even respond. Food was below average, overpriced, and lacked freshness. Despite being called a “boutique hotel,” there was nothing premium about the experience. The AC was not working properly, and there was frequent power fluctuation. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was almost non-functional. Overall, it was a waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or value-for-money stay in Nashik

The staff on site were prompt, helpful and accommodative. The synergy between them and me was heart warming and they will be the one reason I will go back. <3 Plated breakfast was larger than I expected and tasty. Hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful, with the outdoors and cafe seating providing at extra touch I was not expecting. Half hour ride from the bus drop off point, Rs.200-300 for the auto/car ride was worth it. Booked online for about Rs.1800-1900 for single occupancy delux room for 1 night, so I'm guessing the money was worth the room.

-Nice cozy hotel in a really good area.. -Very clean rooms with a cupboard, table, tv, ac n attached bath with 24 hrs hot water availability -good restaurant on first floor -good shops like medicine, grocery, Amul icecream etc at a walking distance, salon in the premises Some things which can be improved -Limited 1 dish breakfast -would be good if you reduce outside / Adjacent room noise by some insulation -car parking space should be properly utilizes.. would be good if it's covered

Hotel room is clean but does not have proper basic facilities such as 1) No room service 2)No restaurant service/ food service 3) their price for given facility is too high 4)lot of mosquitoes in room 5)they don't provide even tea facility.
