My stay with the family including my 83 years old Mother was a great experience. All the staff are very friendly, always ready to serve the guest round the clock. Food prepared by Head Coock Md. Arshad & his team was very good. All the staff of the Hotel are very friendly & always ready to serve. My Room attendand Mr.Adil was always on his toes to extend his helping hands. Thanks to Goibibo & owner of the Hotel for maintening such high standards of service in the remotest corner of the country. I strongly recommend everybody to experience comfortable stay in this Hotel & enjoy heavenly Gulmarg uphill.

The view is very nice and peaceful the best ever hotel in Kashmir I ever had moreover the staff is so much cooperative they are so humble and as many times I called them for service they very ever ready to serve. I am very much satisfied with the hotel and the food was also very tasty both veg and non-veg. If you are in Gulmarg then must stay in this hotel.Peaceful environment view from balcony

Nice Location..Beside small river with beautiful gulmarg snowy mountain view..very friendly boys..all beds are equipped with electric mattress so that can enjoy minus temperature..24Hrs hot water in every tap..LCD tv also working..overall value for money experience with in house restaurent..

Good hotels and helping staff ......agar gulmarg me stay kerna hai to ye hotel best hai ....i love this hotel view and hotel ka heating system bahut accha hai hum -4 degrees k temperature me garmi lag rahi thi hotel me ... heating bahut acchi hai area bhi bahut accha hai

It's a nice hotel and has a nice location as you can walk by the path next to the place of stay. Considering that it's a new hotel some amenities like the (heaters) in the room are yet to be fixed. However they had the bed heaters which was fine too.

I personally very much liked the hotel, The room was good, spacious and super clean. The staff was very friendly all the time, 24x7 hot water available. Also have a room heater. the food for dinner and snacks was fresh and tasty.
