Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Srinagar J&K ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general managing director MR. Sazid. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had 6 great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager and owner of the property MR. Sazid who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality. Hotel is located nearest to Mamta chownk, Dal gate. Hardly at 5 minutes walking distance from Dal lake. Thanks a lot to everyone at hotel for providing us atmosphere like home.

Nice staff and safe place to stay. Tasty veg food is also available on nearby dhaba. issue is quality of hotel. it seems a very old property which needs maintenance. Smelly rooms, old bedding, pain coming off the walls, washroom dripping from the roof. People are good, my room was pathetic. Only stay of on tight budget. Safety and security if not an issue

There is no property called gulzar palace its somebody's house they take you to different property called rooma guest house where it is very very dirty the toiletries were from previous guest balcony was filled with broken wcs fan and heater switch worn put and hanging

Awesome hotel we found in dal gate in affordable price with facilities. Sajid bhai was very helpful and friemdly.Rooms is very beat n clean wifi geaser and heater is available location is very good and its nearby to dal lake to get shikara.

We had stayed here for 5 nights a beautiful staycation with 24x7 hot water and electricity also they provide electric blankets it is also affordable with all facilities and services Highly recommended for family and budget Travelers

It was a too much bad experience in Hotel Gulzar ...... even drinking water not available as well as the owner has not good behaviour....... bathroom window was not there......

There behaviour are not good with customer they told us you had done booking so there is no that type of gusteure you will get and your booking amount is soo low
