Staff is polite and it ends there!! Rooms are not clean, nor they bother to clean it on request. They do not provide water, and the guy said to get my own. No towel was provided until requested. Bed was dirty, hence the changed just bed sheet on request but not blanket. I stayed for 2 nights and no one turned up to make my room. Bathroom was not clean. Bucket was extreme dirty that when I poured water in it, it became yellow. Extremely disappointed with what I got for what I paid. They have great location, I feel a clean and good service will make their customers happy.

First of all a big thank you for the service. Your customer service is top of the world. For eg: we wanted coke at 2 A.M, they went outside to get the coke for us. They are so friendly and nice people. Btw the rooms are amazing. It's calm and comely. Food is awesome. Try their special foods. Overall it's an awesome experience.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in Kochi There's no lock on the bathroom door and the plug points don't work. I charge my phone with the TV plug and bed sheets aren't washed. It's really horrible to me, and some local gangs are sitting in front of the reception.

Very nice behavior of staff and they even changed my room for just a small noice in fan. One and only difficulty which I faced was mosquito. But the staff helped me by providing ayurvedic mosquito coil.

if you are staying solo Hala is ok, As located in prime location and cafeteria nearby excellent, Helpful receptionist. Contact number doesn't work. Lift facility available. Thanks Hala for hospitality.

Average hotel nearby railway station, but the bed inside the room is very small not enough to fit a person with 6 ft height, other than that it's good, it's flexible check-in and check-out.

Budget hotel The lady in the reception is not polite and helpful. The rooms are big enough. Lift is too small. There is no inhouse restaurant. Recomended for Bachelors
