i can not give a single star wast of money, room service is very bad anything we ask they say no, or not available no clean rooms we have ask to clear but bell boy says it's clear according to him and he is always right no value of customer terrace restaurant also ok ok we are also not to dine in open area of terrace restaurant i didn't really understand why they have opened resturant and hotel is also not good at all compared to cost

Room is not clean, open bathroom ,No window Doors for bathroom ., One person can easily crawl from terrace to bathroom third floor . Insects on bed, Tv will not work , Towels are smelly and dirty , No hot water in the morning. Pathetic service . Irresponsible to requests . Area located is dirty . Finally requested for a bucket of hot water after 1 and half hour . Do not recommend this place.

The rooms are clean, near by to the chittorgarh palace.. loved the entire stay with this property. Would highly recommend this place. The owner and the staff were really helpful. Great stay!!
