Hotel Heaven Valley

I recently stayed at Heaven Valley. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. However, the rooms do not have any windows or balconies, which made the space feel a bit closed off. The entrance passage could also be better maintained. One major issue was the noise level — the hotel hosted a birthday party during my stay, and the loud music played from morning until the next morning. The rooms are not soundproof, so it was difficult to rest. I would suggest avoiding this hotel if there's an event happening, as it can be very noisy. Otherwise, it's a decent place with courteous staff and clean rooms.

Location is good just opposite to the Badkal Mor Metro. special and clean room. Very clean toilet. Service was good. Food appeared to little costly. Lift available. AC worked fine. Overall good experience for the price paid.

Good Comfortable stay with family. Neat and clean place, Ample space outside for car parking. Staff are also good and their behaviour is Excellent and helpful .
