Good but still new property I made a request for early check in, they agreed. I asked for luxury swiss tent for a day instead of 2 days deluxe swiss (as booked), they agreed. very helpful staff. Sahil was good. But they are trying to make money alongwith cab drivers. new property, so still incomplete. lights and electric fixtures are less than required. damp rooms. cultural program ok. food was average but service timing was very good. no TV although gostays certified. safe place to stay for family. toiletries not provided. very inferior quality of towel, cottons came out.

My wife & I are completely satisfied with the service of hotel staff. Special thanks to Sahil Khan for making our stay a memorable one. Being our first time in Sam, we did an online booking for 3 nights (regretted later since not much to do in Sam) & he ensured we engage ourselves with different activities one day after another. Camel safari was complimentary with the booking. We paid for the Jeep Safari separately which was definitely an experience of a lifetime.

I have experienced the best service and very good hospitality by the people at the stay, they take good care of their customers. Any sort of questions you can reach out Baroch bhai, he was really responsive. Please addon the jeep and Camel safar if you are visiting here, you will have a very good experience of sunset and sunrise. I am really thankful to the staff for making our stay wonderful. Atleast once in a lifetime you should visit this place.

It was our first experience to stay in such type of tents. We enjoyed a lot. Staff behaviour was friendly and cooperative. Dinner and Breakfast was good. In night we missed bonfire because of windy weather. Just be alert while taking Jeep Safari from them ;)

If you added Jaisalmer to your Rajasthan trip,then stay in desert camp for at least one night and it will be your pleasant stay in the middle of the Thar desert. It will be a memorable trip and you will love it. Thanks for HJR team

Hi, it is very close to Sam Sand Dunes. They provide everything from camel safari to jeep safari that would charge extra cost. Amazing experience and very supportive staff. This resort or hotel is best in Sam Sand Dunes. 😊👍
