Highland Hilltop Homestay

We have booked 1 family room and 1 another room but when we have reached, the manager have not properly responded and both double bed room was provided, when we asked for family room with 2 double bed, the person said that the owner has allotted these rooms. Manager was not reachable over call and when we raised complaint, an another room double bed room was allocated. Rooms provided in basement instead of ground floor, plenty of insects were in the room, the room were not properly furnished and cement floor was covered with mat and other part were not covered properly. No proper space given for keeping luggage and taps are not properly fitted and due to leakage, bathroom was wet all over. Rooms are also wet due to water leakage from sealing. Rooms are not as shown in property pictures. Only aloo paratha without curd provided in breakfast. Overall not recommended.

The stay was very pleasant, it's a brand new property and on the hill top. you can have a city view from the balcony, only con is it is difficult to reach property with tempo traveller or bigger vehicle,roads are narrow.

pathetic. power continued to go down. food was average. I had to vacate the property within one day of experience. Owner continued to delay the refund even after 15 days now.
