Everything is perfect except one thing that if you order something and you want to cancel you cannot cancel it manager says that software doesnt allow it is not acceptable in all manner and when I said i will complain then he complimentary sent the cancelled item i refused but later found relefecting in the bill but they deducted the amount. They should improve this also swimming pool facility should be there

Some of little issues were there like parking n availablity of room, but it may be due to over crowding of new year celebration time, because I was there in the evening of 30 December. Otherwise everything was fine and I would like to stay there again on my next trip.

nice hotel.. it has an excellent restaurant downstairs and rooms are on first floor... rooms are equivalent to 4-5 stars.. there is no lift to reach first floor is the only negative... nice place to stay!
