Hill Top Guest House

Title: A Nightmare Stay at (Hill Top Guest house) I recently had the misfortune of staying at (Hill Top Guest house) during my trip to (Mahableshwar). To say that my experience was disappointing would be an understatement. From the moment I checked in, it became evident that this place was far from the deluxe room I had booked and expected. First and foremost, the lack of towels was astonishing. I entered my room eagerly, only to find no towels whatsoever. It's unacceptable that a hotel would overlook such a basic necessity. I had to call the front desk multiple times, and it took them an excruciatingly long time to finally deliver some towels. The condition of the bedsheets only added to my disappointment. They were dirty, stained, and looked as if they hadn't been changed in weeks. It was a serious hygiene concern, and I found myself questioning the overall cleanliness of the room. To make matters worse, bugs and cockroaches seemed to infest every nook and cranny of the room. It was an absolute nightmare trying to sleep knowing that these unwelcome creatures were lurking around. I immediately contacted the staff, but they seemed indifferent and merely brushed off my concerns as if it was a common occurrence. Moreover, the room provided to me was not at all what I had paid for. I had booked a deluxe room with expectations of spaciousness and adequate amenities. However, what I got was a small and cramped room with limited amenities. The false advertising and misleading information regarding the room category are inexcusable. The quality of service throughout my stay was abysmal. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. There was a clear lack of effort in maintaining cleanliness and providing the level of service one would expect from a supposedly reputable hotel. Overall, my experience at (Hill Top Guest house) was a nightmare. The absence of towels, dirty bedsheets, abundance of bugs and cockroaches, and the inadequate room provided were major letdowns. I advise future travelers to steer clear of this establishment if they value their comfort and well-being. The management needs to address these issues immediately to salvage their reputation. Worst experience of my life rooms were not clean beds washroom everything worst not hygienic. i wouldn't recommend this guest house to anyone and room service were not responding to calls.

Very bad amenities, small rooms far from Main market of Panchgani...and 16km from Mahabaleshwar. Never to suggest anyone.
