Very nice location bit away from mall road hussle-bussle, opp manu maharani, yet approachable to mall road , almost a km away. Staff was very helpful, it's a nice cottage exprnc and personally I liked the stay better than typical hotel exprnc. breakfast was so delicious, home cooked by staff. all amenities were awesome and in good condition. must exprnc here...there are 3 rooms and 1st floor have balcony view as well, ground floor room was too big and lavish. nicely maintained property. can't ask for more at nainital

The property is good but approx 3km from mall road (very close to Vikram Vintage in) but location is awsome. You will feel like living in resort. But little maintenance is required on which work is in progress. Staff is very cooperative and always talk to you with smile on face. There is very little option for food as they have a very small kitchen. But overall it is good if you are not expecting 4-5 star property. My children enjoyed a lot as there is a park with swings and slides just adjacent to the bungalow.

awesome place..very peaceful..not much away from nainital..only 10 min way on foot ..staff is very much cooperative..omly 3 rooms..1 at ground floor..2 on first floor..u will definitely love this hotel..I booked 3 rooms for 3 adults..room size was too big and bathrooms are very neat and clean...go for this..don't think..couple can also go..no problem..

The one and only thng about d hotel is big rooms and wash room.....dont choose if u hv kids or old prsons..as it is far away and ib a high altitude.....no basic room srvice mentioned like news paper,telephone,shaving kit,dental kit....they dnt hv their food services so electric kettels vd mlk pwder tea bgs n suger saches r suggested to keep.....

I HAVE BEEN TO NAINITAL FOR THE FIRST TIME AND WAS WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THE LODGE. VERY CORDIAL AND SAFE FOR KIDS TOO. YOU CAN ENJOY HOME COOKED FOOD AS WELL. VERY FLEXIBLE AND EASY STAY. ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO UNWIND TO NATURE. ITS LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. MY SON SAYS "MOM IT FEELS WE ARE STAYING IN CLOUDS". SPLENDID VIEW.

Pathetic hotel I have ever seen.Worst stays I ever had.Hotel has no restaurant and orders food from near by hotel Vikran vintage in.They refill bottles as left by previous guests.Room was full of flies.And yes..this is just a lodge that too without any board on the property.. Warning-Go on your own risk and feel unsafe...

This property has total 3 rooms,one on Ground floor and two on first floor,Ground floor also have the common living/dining room and kitchen.One room on first floor in front side has balcony and other room in back is relatively bigger and doesn't have the balcony.

Excellent ! no other word. very good and supporting staff. excellent food. it is slightly away from mall road and lake (approx 2 Kms) if you can manage, it is an excellent place to stay.
