Nice and clean rooms with hot water geyzer. Hot water kettle also available.Service by front office reception Mr. Janak Raj quick and efficient. Location walkable to mall road. Guided me for cab hiring. Room service Vikas is very helpful. Staffs here are helpful and polite. Tasty and fresh dinner and breakfast. Overall excellent stay.

The location of the hotel is very good and nearby Gandhi Chowk. View from the hotel is awesome. Rooms are not well maintained but it is good. Staffs are very polite. There is no restaurant in this hotel. Food was good but not so many variety but whatever you asked for they will make. Overall the our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

an excellent hotel to stay at Dalhousie at this budget..it's 200 meter downstream to gandhi chawk..reception staff and service staff Vikas was very hectic and courteous..hotel has ample car parking space..food preparation was very good..excellent at this price
