I recently visited this property with my family in June 2024.We booked two deluxe rooms for one night. I would like to rate this stay as average due to multiple reasons as below. 1. One of the rooms allotted has numerous brown ants travelling from the room wall into the washroom, thus making it hardly accessible. We raised this with the owner, he changed our room though. 2. It would not be possible to come to this property with your private taxi or personal driver. Reason being they don't have any complimentary arrangement for drivers. They would ask you extra money (asked 400/- from us) even for a mat and fan for your driver. We faced difficulty due to this as our driver had to search for a nearby guest house on his own expenses and reach the hotel to pick us up for the Jungle safari boarding point drop at 5 AM in the morning. 3. Lack of infrastructure arrangements. They will provide you one bath towel and two small soap bars for washing/ bathing per room. When we asked for two towels, the owner's son responded that itne me to itna hi milega. Overall the hotel is run by a father and son duo. I would say the father was more co-operative than the son. Please book the hotel after going through above points and deal accordingly.

Simple and a Nice stay! Best Parts: *The Hospitality *Great Working AC! *Super fast WiFi (They got over 100Mpbs and loved it for my work!) * White Rooms (I love it personally) I haven't tried the food here since I came for work and had outside. Go for it if you are looking for budget stays and yet a nice one! No one disturbs you and it's in a really quite locality. Caretaker Shahrukh is really helpful in getting what you need. Thanks for the good hospitality!

We had a small stay of one night over at Hindupura Residency and we were very satisfied with our stay. The home stay is near Sawai Madhopur Railway Station. The stay was very much in budget for an ait conditioned room. The food was also upto par. Recommended if you are planning to spend most of your time visiting places and have a limited budget.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Location is good. Host of the property Shri Narpat ji is awesome and very amicable in nature. I strongly recommend this hotel because of the spacious clean rooms, fantastic behavior of hotel staffs including the host.

Stayed here for extra 2 nights more than planned since I liked the place for its simplicity. it's away from the main Tourism hustle bustle and in a very quiet area. I loved the silent ambience of the place
