Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Bommasandra

It is a new well maintained hotel. It's a budget hotel as any other holiday inn express. Rooms are small. Even the queen suite was small. Bathrooms and toiletries are good. There's an underground parking. You will have to exit through the main entrance and walk all the way through the ramp to reach basement parking. There's a staircase but that's for emergency only. So the lady security told me not use stairs. Breakfast was good. It's located at a place bit far from city. It's a good choice if you're coming from Hosur side. You can get into the room before hitting the Bangalore traffic. Staff are ok.

Pathetic service. Very low no of staff to service. No laundry service Even body wash are diluted with water and filled No support at reception. Very unwelcoming They are simply misusing the brand name as franchise but i dint think anyone will return here after staying for first time. Over all they are even less than a star rating

Stay at Holiday Inn Express was extremely good, location is near to Bommasandra Industrial area, rooms were clean & spacious. breakfast was good, staff was supportive. will definitely stay here during my next visit.

Room Size Are very small. They are running there own rule . Very bad experiance . Total money waste hotel . As a business traveller there is nothing like to stay here. Money wastage .
