Hi friends, Locality was not too good. I had very bad experience. The food service was very bad because they order from others hotel for room service cause the un-necessary delay. Staff was co-operative, however I was unhappy with services and locality was not so good. There was no power backup for AC. I stayed upto 7 hours without AC. It means that you are booking AC room and getting facilities of fan's.

When I reached here for check-in the Manager denied. I said that I have already booked a room but he said that we can't provide room at this low cost. He insisted me to cancel the booking and pay ₹1000 AC room booking. In this puzzled situation I have to book the room after paying ₹1000. In this whole process the hotel Management ruined my 4 hours.So please always keep distance from these

it was nice to stay at Maharaja Palace. I loved the property and would stay again. The service was good, homely food and good staff indeed.

location was good. room was super specious. you can say this as excellent property poorly managed. dirty bathroom , leaking and rusty taps, dusty AC.
