Pathetic service! I booked the property by checking reviews on Google and this was the first time I found it incorrect. I have had the most pathetic experience of my lifetime. Upon arrival I found geyser not working and also the bed was broken or something. Nobody gave any response and it was same for my stay for 2 days. Food and service was also the worst. They take more than an hour to serve you even a cup of tea or even may reject your order when you follow up after 1.5 hrs. Nobody picks up the call in the kitchen or reception for hours even during the daytime so forget about any help during the night time. I was so frustrated that even I stopped even complaining as I knew that was of no use.

The Icon Jim Corbett resort is amazing resort and good location with garden and swimming pool, staff was very helpful and cooperative food was delicious, Full enjoyed with my family. they have upcoming resort in Jim Corbett on hill next to Sitabani...very beautiful scenic views....amazing location...one should must try

It was an amazing family fun trip at the best resort in Jim Corbett. their hospitality is awesome. the owners are very caring and polite and they took us to their upcoming hilltop resort in Jim Corbett.The ICON Corbett Resort is a must-try for all the family people.keep up the good work Team ICON.👍

Few words will explain the situation. Pathetic. Depressing. Dirty. Anyone can imagine my situation that I booked for 2 nights and I had to checkout within 2 hours of checking in. Not even an H of hospitality anyone will find there. the property manager was really casual in handling the guest.
