Hotel Imperial Inn

First of all, there is no restaurant in this hotel. Just a kitchen. If you have to eat, there is no other space than your own room. And when I ordered the food, they served me just food on plates- no spoons, no napkins, no tray. Secondly there were abosultely NO TOILETRIES in the bathroom. Not even a soap bar or even a drop of liquid soap in the soap dispenser. Thirdly even after I provided the room key at the reception, asked them to get the room cleaned, they did not even change the bedsheets. I stayed here for 2 nights on the same bedsheet. And at last there was so much smoke in the hotel in evenings I couldn’t even breathe, when asked they said they were lighting up the tandoor. Scared me to death as if the hotel was on fire. And Cherry on the Cake is they don’t even accept cards or any kind of digital payments here. Worst Hoteling Experience I’ve ever had. Highly disappointed with the hotel management.

Very poor location in between the crowded market. hard to reach hotel by own car. The rooms are very small only for two. Food quality is ok. Service is very slow n poor. The owner is rude n greedy. I booked n paid full amount online...after 2 hour of checking in rooms the staff called me n told the hotel owner asking for more amount to pay... because he has to pay tax n commission. he charged me 25% more than what I paid online😡...I requested the staff to request the owner not charged extra ....the owner refused to talk to us. I stayed there for two days all rooms were vacant might be his greediness... 😡
