Stay at hotel Rivera inn Jammu was a lovely experience. The location is good and the colour changing lights bridge , river and mountain peaks are visible from room windows. The staff is very courteous, well mannered and trained with an attitude to help the guest in case of need. My son pulled his muscle just before our journey on plane and on arrival to Jammu was unable to walk. The staff made and gave us ice packs and towels for hot fomentation, everyday the lady at reception would inquire about his well being. The breakfast buffet has a well spread and the staff willing to make things on your demand. A wonderful stay overall. would like to stay in Rivera everytime✨❤👍

The experience at hotel Rivera inn by ITC was good, the staff was courteous and well trained. My son had some medical leg issue just before traveling. The staff made and gave us ice packs, towels for hot water fomentation. Every morning they inquired about my sons injury. Breakfast buffetwhad variety, they made what and how we wanted to eat. Excellent place to stay with a lovely view. Would love to stay here everytime. ❤👍
