really a wonderful experience regarding stay , customer service everything i felt so comfortable and homely,, very mch happy to stay with family and its in heart of the city and also huge parking space so overall an amazing experience,, only small thing i felt is about their iswarya residency board which is kept very high on the building and very hard to view from below i think they can keep and small residency board below so can locate easily 🥰🥰🥰my rating 4/5!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good service. They have a pretty good patking space. View outside is pretty much cool. Rooms are much spacious, neat and well maintained. The view outside through the window was awesome. U can see , like the whole town. Bathroom are spacious too and clean. A drawback is that, although bathroom is clean nd maintained....... when entered into there was slightly a foul smell and also the exhaust was not working.

I had a great stay at this hotel it was amazing... room was sooo good.. affordable price room service was excellent, good staff polite behaviour... amazing view.. I feel room service charge was bit high... but overall experience was sooo good, hospital was near and ksrtc stand also near As a couple I suggest this hotel is best in tht area... safe and secure... I wish they will maintain everything in good ways

I came to kottayam for work trip and i stayed in hotel iswarya for 2days from 19sep to 21sep. I really had a great stay here right from the check-in time all ghe hotel staffs were very kind and helpfull and even the food which i got here was really great. I would recommend for any traveller who's planning to visit kottayam stay in this place.

Hotel is right in the middle of Kottayam Town with very good connectivity and local shopping convenience. Room is very spacious and crystal clean. Facilities are excellent. Service is good. Restaurant is also wonderful. Overall experience is wonderful.

the stay at hotel iswarya residency kottayam was very comfortable. the room size is large with big size bed and suitable furniture. the bathroom is neat and well maintained. the hotel is well maintained. the staff is very courteous and helpful

AC was faulty , it showed error code. Service was offered, but having informed of late check-in, could have readied before hand. But stay was exceptionally clean, loved it.
