stay was good. Staff was good...I dectucted one star because there was a communication gap between the reception and the kitchen. I ordered food but the kitchen staff who received the orders couldn't convey to the kitchen member.because of that I get food 1and a half hours late . After 1 hour again I have to reorder the food.

Swastika inn was under renovation. They shifted me to swatika premium. Thats still considerable. I wud have still given 3 star. Then again they didnt give room in swastika premium, saying the guest did not vacant the room. They shifted me to hotel aviraj. Not acceptable.

No pics taken The stay is very comfortable and very much spacious. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. Only food needs to be little better otherwisr stay wise very nice property and safe too.
