Room was clean however staff was behaving casually in terms of service. I called for tea in the morning but nobody attended the call. When I asked about it in the reception same evening, he smiled and said it was too early in the morning so they didn't wake up. Overall it was average as the staff behavior can be more welcoming and professional.

it was a horrible experience. My stay was very uncomfortable. There was no proper water supply in the tap. Because of that I could not take a bath. This hotel has no sign board. AC was not good enough. TV was not working so I had to call staff 3 times to fix this issue. They charged 30INR for 1 litre of Bisleri water bottle.

Staff was not professional and supportive. They discriminate perosnal bookings w.r.t corporate bookings. Personal booking are cheaper, they won't provide some facilities (temporary slippers, soap). AC was not working well. Lift was not available, it was 3rd floor.Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good.

Decent Place to stay. Food portions served during breakfast were really huge. Also they provide water bottles during check in which was a nice gesture. Overall nice place. Polite behaviour of Staff.

I always stay here because of its locality, pricing, addon breakfast and hygeine. The rooms are nice and well built though the property is bit old. locality, food and amenities.
