Had a truly pleasant stay at Jay Kay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained definitely exceeded expectations in this price range. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby areas while still being peaceful and quiet. What really stood out was the service. I didn’t catch the names, but both the morning and night staff were exceptional always greeting with a smile and ready to help with anything. Their warm and professional attitude made the experience even more comfortable. The stay included complimentary bottled water, toiletries, fresh towels, and high-speed Wi-Fi, Tea Set which added great value. Room service was prompt, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless throughout my stay. I’d happily recommend this place to everyone whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, family, or even a group of friends. It truly suits all types of guests. Looking forward to staying again!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The property was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and neatly arranged, with all the basic amenities in place. That said, I did feel it was slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. A small tweak in the pricing would make it a much more compelling choice, but otherwise, it’s a good option for a short night's stay. The location was convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and room decor, which added to the comfort of the stay.

Awesome Stay ❤️❤️😊 really worth. Nice behavior staffs nearby walkable distance to north Railway Station and inside hotel interiors are good looking and very hygienic. Bathroom towel and soap with Dental kit provided each persons. I will recommend to stay this hotel. I'm from trivandrum i visited Cochin for official meeting purpose if again held at Cochin definitely I prefer this hotel only and my colleagues also shared their experience they are also happy to stay there thank U Jay Kay 😊 🏨

my stay at jay kay residency was absolutely fantastic. the room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with excellent amenities. the staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. i highly recommend this place for a stay!

The hotel is 1km away from ernakulam town railway station and high court metro station. it is very neat and clean. The staff is very helpful and receiving is also good. Recommended for both family and friends.
