It was a good stay but there were few things which the hotels did not care much:- 1) This was their highest paid room but it was in the basement attached with reception. I felt like what we say can be heard outside. They should inform the customers proactively on this. Not everyone like to chose a basement room. 2) The floor was not cleaned properly. There was dust sticking on our feet (we forgot to bring slippers). 3) I requested them for a pair of slippers or for something at the washroom entry exit. Staff was a small boy and a girl and they said yes but chose to ignore. 4) Bedsheet was not clean and I asked them to change it.. thy changed it after half an hour. 5) TV wifi was all a mess. The staff and and us took half an hour on that to setup as the staff was scanning all the channels. Couldn't connect wifi on tv even. Also the tv was not recharged. 6) Menu items are overpirced. Rs.60 for a small cup of tea and that too was not made good. Some things which I really enjoyed; 1) Hotel washrooms were clean and very nice. The first thing I check when I enter any hotel. It was very cleaned up. 2) A small fridger is a must for storing items. They provided one and that is appreciated. 3) Staff was good in behaviour. Even they were small boys aged 16-18, they were good in their behaviour. Room was in basement and attached with the reception. It felt that our voice can be heard outside. There was not much issue.

That was an amazing stay at JPM WHITE HOUSE, ech n every amenities were provided that were mentioned while booking...the hotel staff were good and polite ..the location was good.Overall it was a nice experience.Thank you

Nice Hotel , good location. Most important thing is staff is very cooperative and friendly. Only one thing to remember is to enter the area before 11 pm or the area will be closed with baragating .

Staff Behavior is very professional. Ambience is positive and clean. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing. But a suggestion is to change the mattress. The spring mattress is really uncomfortable.
