Jungle View Resort

I visited this place on 28 Nov, 2014 with family and stayed for 2 nights. Location-> Place is very near to nature and Ranthambore National Park entry gate.Location is awesome.You can heard chirping of birds all the time in resort.Our kid enjoyed a lot chasing butterflies, birds, squirrel etc in big well maintained garden of resort. Rooms-> Resort had both cottages and rooms and we opted for cottage because of our kid. Rooms are very spacious with A/C. Bathrooms are also very spacious, neat and clean. No TV in rooms which gives u ample time to explore the nature. Staff and Service-> Staff is very good and provide one of the best services.We visited with kid and staff especially Mukesh provided every possible help to have our stay comfortable.You don't have to worry to wake up for morning time Safari.. Just tell them and they will give you wake up call with tea/coffee. Owner of property Guddu will go extra miles to provide best service. He made arrangement of picking gate entry pass from forest office without any fees !. He suggested the best route to have safari and yes we got to see 1 Tiger(T-24 Ustad) in Zone-1 in morning Safari for almost 1:30 hrs in almost every pose.. Sleeping, Sitting, Yawning, Walking etc. And then in same Zone-1 we saw tigress (T39 - Noor) in evening Safari. Food-> Food was very good but little oily and spicy. Safari-> We couldn't have asked for more. Two great sighting - 1 Tiger(T-24 Ustad) in Zone-1 in morning Safari for almost 1:30 hrs and 1 Tigress(T-39 Noor) in Zone -1 evening safari. I total we had 4 Safari ( 2 in Zone-1, 1 each in Zone-2 and Zone-3 ) and all were awesome. In Short Awesome and comfortable place to stay near jungle/nature and have awesome service by staff.. its a family owned lodge where there is no professionalism, the elder brother whose number is given by goibibo while booking commits too much on the phone but all false. 1) He committed that a vehicle and a driver will come to pick us and the driver will pick us from the platform, but nobody was there on the platform but a unprofessional manager calls me nd tells to go on the main road to catch the vehicle. 2) The rate quoted for the jungle safari was Rs1200/- for the jeep, but on arrival a very unpredictable and sad situation came up when the younger brother Mr Guddu asked for 1500/- per person. 3) The room was a very sad lodge room, the power backup was not there and the air condition was not working and instead of checking the fault the illiterate manager is teaching me about the compressor. 4) As I came back from the safari, the younger brother is asking me rudely to talk his elder brother for tomorrow's ride in jeep as he can only arrange a canter. 5) The second room in which we were shifted coz f the ac goof up also didn't have d ac working.

Extremely pathetic experience. 1. No suitable heating arrangement in a tent with outside 4degrees temperature. We were expected to warm ourselves with one quilt and a small marginally working blower. 2. No running hot water in washroom taps. Saving grace was room service who arranged for a bucket of hot water. 3. No staff on reception at check out. We had to search and call the staff to confirm check out. Even after that, to top it up, we found a confused hotel staff running behind us when we started our car and we had to stop to clarify. They were still not sure, and we had to drive off finally. 4. No connectivity between room and reception/room service/restaurant. No number of room service personally provided. Complete waste of money for customers who trust for good services after paying their hard earned money. For the nagging types, try your luck..,.

Great hotel nice stay there,service was excellent there. Hotel people are very good, very co operative. I had food there which was great , and in sufficient amount. Location was perfect, centrally located, easily accessible. Hotel is very neat and clean.
