Hotel looks good from outside but lot of niggling issues are present (at least in the rooms that were allocated to us) Luxury Room 102 has an issue with toilet flush and post 1 day of stay the main door lock got jammed and the guest has to be shifted to different room. Luxury Room 110 had issue where foul smell was coming from the room all throughout and our Luxury Room 111 has broken items in the toilet when we arrived. We had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights.Main reason I would not recommend this Hotel is the behavior of the hotel staff.1) When we reached the hotel reception person was not allowing to check in till all id's were provided as proof. I had already provided my id as the primary guest under whose name the booking was done but it was asked for physical id's to be provided as they are mandatory. As the physical id's were tucked away somewhere in our plethora of baggage it was requested to check the guests in as we can send the id's from our room. This was argued with plenty of times with the person at the reception before checking in the guests when I had to wait in the reception only till hard copies were provided. This just takes the fun out of a holiday mood. Not great service!!!2) Swimming pool rules - as the rules mentioned in the swimming pool area was being flouted by a group of 10 to 11 guys it was reported to the person at the reception as we went with family and requested for the rules to be followed as it was invasive to the fun we were trying to have but the answer shocked us all. It was stated they cannot do anything and if we want we can also break the rules. Pathetic Service!!3) Manners - As the main gate was closed at 1am we needed to get emergency items stashed in our car which was parked right in front of the main gate. The security said we need to take permission for him to open the gate. This led a big altercation and words being exchanged as a guest I can leave the hotel any time I want and only Rights of admission should be reserved!!4) Money Hungry - It seems this Hotel is money hungry as after every meal5) Bakshish - Hotel help are openly asking for Bakshish. Not sure if this comes as a norm related to the hotel rules or they are actually being taught this. Outrageous!!!Though we got the hotel at a cheap rate but the experience was not great. I would not recommend this hotel as behavior is everything and this hotel has a serious issue with the same!!

newly built property at new digha. suit room was spacious, big washroom. interior & lighting could have been better! food is fine, breakfast a-la-carta items were excellent. pool is bit small but my daughter enjoyed it. overall nice experience spacious room. clean environment. friendly staffs..

really poor service overall, breakfast quality is much worse, it's a better footpath.their is lots of hidden charges.and swimming pool is like a kids pool only for formality purposes.

staff behavior is not good.pool is very small.They also charged extra for pool.according to price staying of this hotel it is totally waste of money.
