We observed a very bad experience at this hotel. No room service, no staff, food quality is very very poor, old bedsheet using, no bills for room charges and foods. no night lights, no stair handrail. Please avoid visiting along with your children. The place is very dangerous for children. I got a Non AC room even booked for AC and they simply say that no AC room is vacant now. We reached the hotel around 2 PM for checking but we were waiting for approx. 4 hrs. for room. The manager is very unprofessional and very rude.

not worth the money! Deserved Better after paying 3200/- for a Non-AC Room Cons: 1) use of Swimming Pool is chargeable. 2) Breakfast package was only Misal Pav. It doesn't include mrng tea (had to pay extra for Tea) 3) Power backup isn't available for the rooms. 4) Room door locks not functioning properly. Pros: 1) Variety of Indoor Games (Carrom, Chess, Ludo, Darts) 2) Peaceful locality. Swimming pool usage was chargeable.

there is no one to serve you at your room. for everything you have to come down. my floor is 3rd and on stairs also there is no safetyroom service is zerothey are charging 250 rs for swimming pool too and it is not mentioned

it was very good stay, with location outside the city in forest, very cool and pleasant stay, resort owner was very helpful. but need some staff for service. food was good. overall it was good stay.
